Implementation of the Middle and Senior Management Training Program (PFCMS) of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea with funding from the African Development Bank.
The Technical assistance Office provides expertise in the areas of architecture, procurement, and curriculum development for new scientific training programs for middle and senior management. These services are provided in accordance with the guidelines of the program’s steering committee to meet the needs of the diversification of the Equatorial Guinean economy.
The Technical Assistance Office is also in charge of revising the administrative, financial, and accounting procedures manual and setting up the financial management information system.
The duration of the mission is four years.

The objective of the mission is to provide targeted communities with technical assistance through a participatory process in the identification, formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of their IGAs and the emergence of savings and credit associations (SCAs).
