The profiles currently sought are:

Position : Pharmaceuticals Procurement Expert (GAS) for Guinea and Niger

Qualifications:

  • More than 7 years in the management and evaluation of the execution of the health product supply market

Mission:

  • Develop the group purchasing procedure for voluntary CNAs
  • Develop the tender dossier
  • Support for the execution of the procurement process
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the health product supply market

Duration of intervention:

  • 24 months

Public health expert for Guinea and Niger

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree and / or master’s degree in public health, epidemiology or other related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of international public health, including at least one of the specific fields mentioned above (HIV, TB, etc).
  • Experience in evaluating health facilities or other similar large-scale surveys
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and with a wide range of stakeholders, ranging from high level government officials to community members
  • Excellent analytical, editorial and presentation skills
  • Fluent French and English

Mission:

  • Help design the questionnaire, define the analysis plan and interpret the results. There could be additional phases depending on the needs identified. We are looking for people with skills in HIV / AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Duration of intervention:

  • 18 months
